Using LexNush
By accessing or using LexNush, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. You must use LexNush lawfully and in a way that does not interfere with its operation, security, or another person’s use of it.
Information, not legal advice
LexNush publishes legal analysis, explainers, commentary, and reflections for general informational and educational purposes. The material is subject to the LexNush Disclaimer. It is not legal advice, a legal opinion for your circumstances, or a substitute for advice from a qualified professional.
Using the website, subscribing, sending a message, or receiving a reply does not create a lawyer–client relationship.
Permitted and prohibited use
You may read, link to, and share LexNush pages for lawful personal, educational, or professional discussion. You must not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass access controls, submit malicious code, scrape the website in a way that burdens its operation, impersonate another person, or use the site to send unlawful or abusive material.
Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, LexNush content, branding, and original design are owned by or licensed to LexNush. You may share links and short, accurately attributed extracts for non-commercial discussion. Do not reproduce, republish, sell, remove attribution from, or adapt substantial material without prior written permission.
Accuracy, updates, and corrections
Law and public policy change. LexNush works to publish clear and accurate material but does not promise that every page will always be complete, current, or error-free. Publication dates and, where relevant, update dates help readers assess currency. Readers should verify the primary record before relying on a legal development.
Possible errors can be reported through the Contact page or by emailing editor@lexnush.com.
Submissions and correspondence
If you send a pitch, correction, comment, or other submission, you confirm that you are entitled to share it and that doing so does not violate another person’s rights or obligations. Do not send confidential client material, privileged communications, court-restricted information, or sensitive personal records through the public form.
Submitting material does not guarantee publication, review, payment, or a response. LexNush will not publish a submission as an attributed contribution without further editorial agreement.
Newsletter
Newsletter subscriptions use email confirmation. You may unsubscribe through the link provided in a publication email. Delivery may be delayed or interrupted by technical or email-provider issues.
External services and links
External links and sharing services are provided for context or convenience. LexNush does not control third-party websites and is not responsible for their availability, security, accuracy, or privacy practices. A link does not by itself amount to endorsement.
Website availability
LexNush may correct, update, reorganise, suspend, or withdraw website features when reasonably necessary. Continuous or error-free availability is not guaranteed. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Privacy
Information submitted through the website is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
Changes and contact
These terms may be updated when the publication, website, or applicable requirements change. The date at the top identifies the current version. Continued use after an updated version is published means the updated terms apply from that point, subject to any rights that cannot be changed this way.
Questions about these terms can be sent through the Contact page or to editor@lexnush.com.
